RFI Global choose Rainford EMC Systems
As part of a £1m investment programme, RFI Global Services Ltd has moved from its Radio Performance and EMC Laboratory to a new state-of-the-art facility in Basingstoke, UK. Rainford EMC Systems was chosen as the hybrid and anechoic chamber supplier for the laboratory.
The new 1100 sqm facility offers state-of-the-art, fully automated capabilities allowing RFI to improve efficiency and reduce time to market for their customer’s products.

Fully automated RSE anechoic chamber:
5 metre measurement distance with 8 meter height

Fully calibrated to FCC/ANSI and CISPR
3 metre, 2-tonne turntable
Also calibrated for Radiated immunity to EN 61000-4-3
Large shielded control room
Other EMC facilities include:
Two 3 metre radiated immunity sites
Five other screened rooms for immunity and emission purposes
Transient and surge immunity testing laboratory

Configured for the testing of mobile handsets and radio products
