Rainford EMC Systems chosen by TRaC Global for new Southern facility

Rainford EMC Systems has been chosen as the main shielded and Anechoic chamber provider for TRaC Global's new Southern facility. Construction is well under way at the site in Three Legged Cross, Wimborne, Dorset and represents a significant investment by the company.

Rainford EMC Systems will be providing the following::

· Two 8.9 x 5.6 x 5.7m CISPR 16-1-4/FCC/EN 61000-4-3 Commercial chambers

· One 5m x 4m x 2.5m shielded EMC chamber

· Three 8m x 6m x 4m Military/Aerospace chambers

· All EMC chambers will have a screened control rooms

When officially opened in Sept 2011 TRaC Global would have invested approximately £2m in this new facility. Rainford EMC Systems are delighted to be once again supporting TRaC Global in this large expansion. It is the second such project that the company has worked on with TRaC in recent years as well as updating and adding to chambers on existing sites.
